Yesterday, an Ultrasnow visitor sent us his encounter with an iCloud Locked iPhone 7 Plus.
Hello, I’ll tell you my whole story with an iCloud Locked iPhone 7 Plus. I bought it used from somebody. That phone was completely dead. I wasn’t even able to charge it. I went to the Apple store since I have an iCloud account on my iPad. They wiped everything off it so the phone is operational.
I found out an original cell provider of that phone and got it unlocked from them. Then I fund that this iPhone & Plus is locked on the iCloud account. I started looking for a way to unlock. Then I came across direct unlocking from a hacker. I sent him all possible numbers from the phone plus $125 and that was the end of May.
Now that person wants $40 for a legitimate receipt with my name on it so I could go to the Apple store and get it unlocked. Until now that iPhone is still useless and sorry for my frustration. I’m not willing to spend any more money on it.

How to unlock an iCloud Locked iPhone 7 Plus
Many companies are trying to scam people by offering that kind of services. And, after 1-2 months, they “hope” that the customer will forget about this order and lose his money. The truth is that there is not a Tool or software that can magically remove the iCloud Lock from an iPhone 7 Plus or any other iDevice.
There are some services that can unlock an iCloud Locked iPhone 7 Plus, but they are VERY limited and VERY expensive. I am talking about IMEI iCloud Unlock Service which is only available in the USA, Europe, Australia and some Middle Eastern Countries and it can only be applied on CLEAN iPhones.
The best approach is an iCloud Unlock request to Apple or to find and negotiate with the original owner.
There is a specific service which gathers all available information of an iPhone (If it is possible the Apple ID and the name of the original owner) and then initiates an iCloud Lock Removal Request through Apple. It does not have 100% success rate, but it is Legal and Official.
Moreover, if the iPhone’s original owner is reachable, they can negotiate on your behalf. No “Gray” or “Black” hat tricks, or deceiving the original owner of an iPhone.
It is the legal process that anyone can use to remove the iCloud Lock from an iPhone 7 Plus.
